Stewed Chicken With D.O.M & Ginger Recipe

This hot and rich Hakka confinement wine soup not only helps to ward off cold and warm up tummy, it also helps to shrink the womb back to its pre-pregnancy state and speed up postpartum weight loss.

Ingredients :Traditional Chinese Hakka Confinement Food Recipe - Stewed Chicken With D.O.M & Ginger
  • � bowl of ginger juice (squeezed from 200g of Bentongginger)
  • � bowl D.O.M wine
  • 1 kampong chicken leg
  • 1 pair chicken feet
Method :
  1. Wash and blanch chicken leg and chicken feet.
  2. Place all ingredients in a stewing pot and stew for 2 hours. Serve hot.
