Basil Meat with Ginger & Wine Recipe
Ingredients :
- 300g pork sirloin
- 35g old ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 stalks basil
Seasoning : - � bowl rice wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 small piece rock sugar.
Method :- Slice the sirloin, juliennes ginger and chop garlic.
- Heat sesame oil, saut� ginger and garlic until fragrant, then toss in meat and rock sugar.
- Add in basil and remaining seasoning, stir-fry and dish out.
