Cantonese Postpartum Diet Recipes

Basil Meat with Ginger & Wine Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 300g pork sirloin
  • 35g old ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 stalks basil

    Seasoning :
  • � bowl rice wine
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 small piece rock sugar.

    Method :
    1. Slice the sirloin, juliennes ginger and chop garlic. 
    2. Heat sesame oil, saut� ginger and garlic until fragrant, then toss in meat and rock sugar. 
    3. Add in basil and remaining seasoning, stir-fry and dish out.
