Egg are rich in proteins and multi vitamins. Cooking egg with Fuzhou red wine, black fungus, ginger and sesame oil will help to regain energy.
Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 300g Fuzhou red wine
- 20g juliennes ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- dash of black fungus
Method :
- Soak black fungus until pliable and cut into small pieces.
- Heat a wok with sesame oil, then saut� ginger until fragrant, add in fungus and eggs, stir-fry until eggs are cooked through. Toss in wine and bring to a boil, serve hot.
