Ingredients :
- � kampong chicken
- 50g Angelica sinensis or "female ginseng" (Dang Gui)
- 1 tbsp Chinese wolfberries or goji berries (Qi Zi)
- 10 pcs black dates
- 1 old coconut
- adequate rice wine or "huang jiu" (to fill up 80% of coconut shell)
Method :- Skin and blanch the chicken. At the same time truncate the top of old coconut shell, then use the coconut shell as a container.
- Put all the ingredients into coconut shell, stew for 4-5 hours and serve hot.
