Ingredients :
1 kampong chicken
8 stalks lemongrass
120g old ginger
100g galangal
1� liter water
Dash of salt (seasoning)
Method :
Remove head and feet of kampong chicken. Smash the lemongrass.
Smash ginger and galangal and then grill with charcoal until slightly burned.
Boil the water and put in all ingredients, once boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
