Steam Cod Fish With Ginger & Wine Recipe

Cod fish is smooth and highly nutritious, ideal to boost up body potency especially for postpartum recovery.

Ingredients :Traditional Chinese Cantonese Confinement Food Recipe - Steam Cod Fish With Ginger & Wine

  • 1 slice cod fish

  • 30g old ginger

  • � tbsp Chinese wolfberries or goji berries (Qi Zi)

    Seasoning :

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp rice wine

  • � tbsp sesame oil



    Method :

    1. Wash and dry the cod fish, at the same time, juliennes ginger.

    2. Marinate the fish with seasoning, put into a steaming plate, sprinkle ginger and Chinese wolfberries on top, steam for 10 minutes under high heat, and the dish is ready to be served.
