Fish With Fuzhou Red Wine Recipe

Fish helps to enhance lactation, improve blood circulation and as a calcium supplement.

Ingredients :Traditional Chinese Fuzhou Confinement Food Recipe - Fish With Fuzhou Red Wine
  • 1 red snapper
  • 50g juliennes ginger
  • 30g each of juliennes green, red capsicum and mushroom
  • 200g Fuzhou red wine
  • 8 tbsp sesame oil
  • some soy sauce
Method :
  1. Clean thoroughly and pat dry red snapper, cross cut 2-3 strips on both sides of the fish. Heat wok with 5 tbsp sesame oil & saut� the fish until cooked through.
  2. Heat 3 tbsp sesame oil and saut� ginger until fragrant, then add in all juliennes ingredients, season with soy sauce and red wine. To serve, pour it on top of the fish.
