Fish helps to enhance lactation, improve blood circulation and as a calcium supplement.
Ingredients :
- 1 red snapper
- 50g juliennes ginger
- 30g each of juliennes green, red capsicum and mushroom
- 200g Fuzhou red wine
- 8 tbsp sesame oil
- some soy sauce
Method :
- Clean thoroughly and pat dry red snapper, cross cut 2-3 strips on both sides of the fish. Heat wok with 5 tbsp sesame oil & saut� the fish until cooked through.
- Heat 3 tbsp sesame oil and saut� ginger until fragrant, then add in all juliennes ingredients, season with soy sauce and red wine. To serve, pour it on top of the fish.
